Description
Zusatzpatent Hauptpatent Nr. 119725. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Düngemittels. Das Hauptpatent Nr. 119725 bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines. mag nesiahaltigen Düngemittels, bei welchem natürliches Phosphatgestein in Mischung mit solchen MagnesiasalzQn, deren Säure sich bei der Arbeitstemperatur verflüchtigt, in Ge genwart von Kieselsäure und Wasserdampf einem Glühprozess bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 900 C unterworfen wird.
Bei die sem Verfahren wird in Gegenwart von sol chen Mengen von Magnesiumsalzen, Kalk und Kieselsäure gearbeitet, d.ass sich ausser einem Calciummagnesiumphosphat Calcium- orthosilikat zu bilden vermag.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass es bei einer gewissen Zusammensetzung der Gesteine nicht notwendig ist, Kieselsäure als solche den Phosphaten zuzusetzen, sondern dass es unter Berücksichtigung der benötigten Men genverhältnisse genügt, die Mischung aus an Kieselsäure armen und reichen Rohphos phaten herzustellen, um das verlangte Ver hältnis von Kalk zu Kieselsäure zu erhal ten.
Ausführungsbeispiel: 100 \feile eines Rohphosphates von der Zusammensetzung 39,7 % P205, 52,61 % Ge samt Ca0 und 0,56 % Si02 wurden mit 100 Teilen eines Rohphosphates von der Zusam mensetzung 18,1 % 1,205 33,03 % Gesamt Ca0 und 35;
06 % Si02 unter Hinzufügen von 200 Teilen MgS04.7H20, entsprechend 32,6 Teilen Mg0 und 6@,6 Teilen CaC03 innig ge mischt. Die Mischung wurde bei einer Tem peratur von etwas über<B>1000'</B> unter Über leiten von Wasserdampf geglüht.
Das -Glüh produkt enthielt: 26,2 % Gesamtphosphor säure, 25,3 % citratlösliche Phosphorsäure (löslich in ammoniakalischer Ammoncitrat- lösung nach Petermann), das sind 96,6 Aufschluss der Gesamtphosphorsäure.
