Couverteinlage. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung. ist eine Couverteinlage, deren neues Merkmal darin liegt, dass an ihrem obern Teil das eine Ende mindestens eines Aufreissorganes be festigt ist, dessen anderes Ende bestimmt ist, auf der der Befestigungsstelle entgegen gesetzten Seite aus dem geschlossenen Cou- vert herauszuragen, um es zwecks dessen Öffnung erfassen zu können.
Diese Einlage ermöglicht ein Öffnen des Couverts auf ein fache Weise, ohne dass am Couvert irgend welche mit dem Aufreissorgan zusammenwir kende Veränderung vorzunehmen ist. Sie kann Mitteilungen, Reklamenaufdruck oder sogar kleinere, angeheftete Reklameartikel tragen.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig: 1 bis 3 bezeich net 1 eine auf Couvertlänge geschnittene und auf Couverthöhe gefalzte Einlage aus Pa pier, in deren Falz 2 ein aus einem schmalen Stoffband bestehendes Aufreissorgan 3 frei eingelegt ist. -Das linke Ende dieses Bandes ist nähe am obern Rand der Einlage 1 um den linken Rand ihres Vorderblattes um und auf ein auf dieses Blatt geklebtes Ver- stärkungsstüek 4 a.us steifem Papier gelegt und geklebt (Fig. 2). Dieses Stück verhin dert ein Einreissen .des Aufreissbandes 3 in das genannte Vorderblatt der Einlage 1.
Das rechte Ende des Aufreissbandes 3 ragt über die obere rechte Ecke der Einlage 1 und, wenn diese in ein Couvert gesteckt ist, auch über die entsprechende obere Couvertecke hinaus, um zum Aufreissen des geschlosse nen Couverts erfasst werden zu können. Hier bei wird dann das Couvert durch Aufreissen des Falzes der Verschlussklappe in einem Zuge geöffnet.
Um bei diesem Öffnen das Einknicken der Einlage in der Breitenriehtung zu ver hindern, und um das Aufreissband 3 in seiner Lage zu erhalten, ist nahe am obern Rand der Einlage 1 ein Versteifungsstreifen 5 aus steifem Papier um die Einlage gelegt und geklebt, welcher Streifen auch das Verstei fungsstück 4 überdeckt und die beiden Blät ter der Einlage nach dem Aufreissen der letzteren und des Couverts noch zusammen hält. Die Einlage 1 und der Streifen 5 kön- nen mit Reklamen bedruckt oder auch be schrieben werden, und wird erstere zweck mässig in den zu versendenden, gefalteten Brief vor dem Einstecken desselben in das Couvert eingelegt.
In analoger Weise wie das Aufreissorgan 3 kann ein zweites solches am entgegengesetzten Ende der Einlage be festigt sein und auf der andern Seite dersel ben und des Couverts herausragen.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 4 ist nur der obere Rand der Einlage 1' umgefaltet., im übrigen aber sind Aufreissband 3 und Ver steifungsstreifen 5 in der beschriebenen Weise angeordnet und befestigt. Die Einlage 11 ist mehrfach auf Couvertgrösse gefaltet und kann, unter Wegfall eines besonderen Briefbogens, selbst beschrieben, aber auch mit Reklamen versehen werden.
Der Versteifungsstreifen kann auch nur über eine Seite der Einlage reichen und dann die andere Seite nur auf ein kurzes Stück übergreifen.
Beim Beispiel nach F ig. 5 dient ein Fa den 3' -als Aufreissorgan, dessen linkes Ende mittelst eines um den Versteifungsstreifen :@ gelegten Metallplättchens 5' am Streifen befestigt ist. Hier ist ein Verstärkungsstück 4 nicht erforderlich. Statt des Plättchens kann auch eine Ose verwendet werden.
Beim Beispiel nach Fig. G ist eine Ein lage 1\ aus Karton angenommen, so dass der Versteifungsstreifen 5 wegfällt. Der Auf reissfaden 3 ist in einen über den obern Rand der Einlage gelegten und auf diese geklebten Papierstreifen 6 gelegt. Das linke Ende des Fadens 3 ist mittelst eines Metallplättchens 5' an einem auf die Einlage geklebten Deck papierstreifen 7 befestigt. Die Einlage 12 ist als Reklamekalender ausgebildet. Sie kann auch als Reklamekarte mit Ansicht auf einer Seite ausgebildet sein oder einen fla chen Reklamegegenstand tragen.
Das Aufreissorgan kann auch als ein an einer obern Ecke einer steifen Einlage drehbaren Kartonstreifen ausgebildet sein, an dessen freiem Ende ein kurzes, über die Einlage bezw. das Couvert hinausragendes Stoffbändchen befestigt ist. Statt aus gewöhnlichem Papier oder Kar ton kann die Einlage auch aus Löschpapier, Zelluloid, Gelatine, Metallfolie etc. bestehen. Ihre Farbe kann verschieden sein. Auch mehrere zusammengefaltete Blätter können die Einlage bilden. Das Aufreissorga.n kann auch statt aus einem Band oder einem Fa den aus einem andern biegsamen Material bestehen.
