Schere.
Fig. 2 eine seitliche Darstellung mit Anschlag. und
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht von hinten.
Scissors.
The present invention relates to a pair of scissors, which are expediently designed so that they can be held in place in a vice or in some other clamping device and which allow wire to be cut. wio of Messin ,, -. Iron or
Stalildralite is permitted in round, semicircular or square profile.
In known scissors of this type, the machine support is usually used as a fixed shear knife, on which the movable shear knife is rotated in some way with a lever. There are a number of deficiencies in these scissors. Becomes the fixed cutting blade that forms the machine support. blurred, or if edges break off when shaving, the entire illa vision support must be replaced. Another
Lack is. because # the entire machine support must be made of steel. Another shortcoming is often that you only have a few small ones
Can cut profiles because the knives cannot be removed.
And another disadvantage is that. da # by far the most
The present invention aims to eliminate the deficiencies outlined above.
The subject matter of the invention is a pair of scissors, in which two cutter disks are arranged in a plate so that they can be replaced. A manually operated hand lever can be arranged to rotate one of the razor blades. so that a rolling, rolling movement arises in the organs of transmission.
This removes the friction.
The drawing shows as an example:
1 shows a view of a pair of scissors with exchangeable cutter discs and hand lever from the front,
Fig. 2 is a side view with a stop. and
3 is a rear view.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the fixed shear blade disk F with screws B relieved of rotational movement is seated in the plate S designed as a machine support. For this purpose, the S is embedded. In the center of the shear knife disk F, the shear knife disk D is rotatably mounted with the pivot M and the counter nut G. Both shear blade disks have material insertion openings 0 through which the wire to be cut can be inserted. The shear blade D has the pin Z with roller R for its rotation.
With the help of the involute teeth Y carried by the hand lever N, the shear blade disk D with pin Z is now rotated. The hand lever H has the pivot P with the lock nut g as the pivot point. A material stop I with a locking device T is also provided on the machine support S. a represents a hand lever stop.
When the hand lever II is pulled, the toothing Y moves outwards in the same direction of rotation as the pulling direction takes place on the hand lever. The spigot Z with the roller R is inserted into the rotatable seer knife disc D in such a way that the spigot Z is in normal engagement with the toothing Y of the hand lever, so when you pull the hand lever II, the toothing Y is pressed onto the roller JR and this transmits the pressure to the pin Z Sol that it rotates the Sehermessereisk D about its pivot M.
Since the roller R is rotatably mounted on the pin Z, the roller R rolls practically smoothly on the toothing Y, i.e. H. on the curved surface of the same after an involute curve. The fixed shear blade disk F is inserted in the machine support S in such a way that # the turning moments of the machine that occur during shearing. nensupport S are included. Thus the fastening screws B are relieved. they only hold the shear blade disc F in the machine support in the recess.
The pivot M is held so that the cutter discs F and D slide on each other without play. With this arrangement you can sharpen the cutter disks and use a different set of cutter disks with a square, round, semicircular profile. The nose a is cast on the hand lever E. The purpose of this nose is to limit the pushing back of the hand lever, so there. # the material inf # hr # openings O in the cutter disks are always exactly one above the other. In Fig. 2, a stop A with locking device T can be seen.
This stop A enables pieces of wire or rod of exactly the same length to be sheared off. The announcement is held with the help of the locking device T.
