Abstract
L'invention porte sur un acier excellant par sa dureté dans les zones affectées par la chaleur de la soudure et dont la composition massique est la suivante: 0,02 à 0,06 % de C, 0,05 à 0,30 % de Si, 1,7 à 2,7 % de Mn, 0,015 % ou moins de P, 0,010 % ou moins de S, 0,005 à 0,015 % de Ti, 0,0010 à 0,0045 % de O, 0,0020 à 0,0060 % de N et le solde de Fe et des impuretés inévitables. En ce qui concerne le mélange d'impuretés, la teneur en Al mélangé est limitée à 0,004 % ou moins, celle en Nb mélangé, à 0,003% ou moins, et celle en V mélangé, à 0,030% ou moins, et le CeH de la formule (A) est de 0,04 ou moins. Dans la formule (A): CeH=C+1/4Si-1/24Mn+1/48Cu+1/32Ni+1/0,4Nb+1/2V et chacun des composants C, Si, Mn, Cu, Ni, Nb et V est exprimé en % massique.
