dans ïa ¿ace formant fond âu bac i.
5 ün premier mode âe réalisation correspondant aux figures i à ~ va étre décrit ci-aprês.
3û maintenir ie couvercle ~ appïiqué contre ia base 3.

In accordance with the invention, the means hydraulic consist of a ratio between the surface inlet of the siphon and the inlet surface of the pipe â norm standard discharge intended to be connected to the outlet of the upper siphon â i.
always according to the invention, ie siphon iû consists of two pieces of substantially shaped complementary intended to be assembled of priority one above the other in a removable manner, Iesâites pieces forming between them, in the assembled state, a chicane communicating by overflow with the outlet of the ï5 siphon which is intended to be connected to the pipe of evacuation normaïisëe, ïaqueîïe chicane allowing îa formation of a water guard against the ascent to bad smells.
In a first embodiment âe âe ia 2û present invention ie siphon consists on the one hand of a bowl-shaped base communicating by overflow with the outlet of the siphon which is located at a level higher than that of the fonà âe îaâite bowl and on the other hand a cover with a recess extending towards ïe ~ 5 down through a conduit extending in the assembled state of the two pieces, in said bowl to delimit with this last ia chicane communicating with the outlet opening siphon.
In a second embodiment, the ~ u presents ïnvention ïe siphon includes on the one hand a base comprising at least one channel in zermë circuit which extends around the orifice at the outlet to the siphon and which communicates with the latter by overflow and on the other hand a cover at least partially covering said channel and said 35 outlet port and being provided with at least one boss penetrating at least partially into said channel.
In these two basic embodiments J
can be made by molding a single piece with bac.
The opening to the siphon can be closed by a grid or by a cap comprising orifices for the passage of water.
The seïon ia shower tray has invention may advantageously include a panel removable forming a grip and covering all or part of the inlet opening of the siphon, the water flowing to it lû periphery of said panel in routing means up to the inlet of the siphon. In addition at least one opening may be practiced in the bottom of the tank so as to allow access to the standardized exhaust pipe and its connection to the siphon, the removable panel being able to î5 rest on the edge of the opening which will be raised and which may include a seal.
The edges at the opening will be shaped to form, with the side walls of the tank, a gutter allowing to bring water to the inlet to the siphon which is ~ û constituted âe several channels in a terminated circuit extending around the opening at the outlet of the siphon, these channels and the outlet orifice being at least partially covered by means of a cover provided with bosses at least partially penetrating said channels for ~ 5 form a water guard against the rise of bad smells.
By the way, the shower tray according to present invention may include a connected connector between the outlet at the siphon and the drain pipe 3û normalized. c: the connection can be advantageously annealed.
The figure represents a schematic view in schematic and exploded perspective of the constituent elements a sanitary instaiïion seïon ïa present invention âe shower tray type in a first embodiment 35 of the siphon.

Figure d shows a sectional view part âe î'instaïïation âe Figure Figure 5 in the assembled state elements constituting this initiation.
Figure ï shows a separate shower tray ïa present invention constituted â ~ a tray ï viâangeabîe by i5 its îonâ via a port 2 âe water outlet connection to a conduit â ~ waste water evacuation, The tank ï
is generally formed by an iH bottom and side walls adjoining the latter. The outlet port 2 ~ water is sparing in ïa ¿ace forming the bottom of the tank i.
a You can also see that the shower tray comprises upstream âe ï'orifice 2 water outlet, taken in water flow direction, a siphon 3, g of retention of water, insulating with ambient air orifice 2 with water outlet âu bac âe way to prevent the rise of odors from ~ 5 at the port 2 at the water outlet towards the inlet at the area of detention. The siphon 3, ~ is arranged to collect the water âu tray and communicate by âborborement with î'orifice 2 of exit from the bin.
The siphon 3, 4 peul a ~ iecter a large number âe ~ u corms. Two corresponding modes respectively ï'une in figures ï to 4, ï'auLre in figures 5 and 6 will be described below. courtyard ia cïartéuu text and for the sake of simplification, the pieces filling up same function will bear the same references.
5 ün first embodiment corresponding to Figures i to ~ will be described below. In this first mode âe réaïisation, îe siphon 3, 4 consists of two parts 3 and 4 of substantially complementary uniforms arranged at preferably one above the other. Rooms 3, at least partially fits and being maintained separated from one another in at least one position called âe 5 emptying to form, in a substantially vertical plane, a baffle communicating by overflow with the port 2 âe exit from the bin. Oven allow siphon 3, 4 to isolate from ï'air ambient î'orifice 2 of water outlet of the tank, ïe outlet of the chicane in the drain outlet is located where a level higher than at least part of the area fitting of the two parts 3.4. It is thus minus a water guard 5 in the chicane. Preferably, a teïïe instaïïation has at least two water guards.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, Ie siphon 3, 4 consists of a base 3 and a cover 4, îa base 3 comprising at least one channel, sH in closed circuit extending around the opening of the port 2 the installation and communicating with the latter by overflow. Canai 3A and drain port c are 2û covered at least partially by the cover 4 which is provided with at least one boss ~ T- ~ penetrating at least partially in ïedit canai 3h âe ïa base 3 while maintaining a passage for circulating water comprising at least one water guard 5 so as to prevent the release of bad smells. Oven reduce the overall dimensions, it may be particularly advantageous to carry out at least two successive water guards in the siphon 3, 4.
In this case, the base of the siphon is made up of several 3T channels. ~ in closed circuit extending around the orifice c 3û âe outlet water, these 3 ~ 3 contiguous channels communicating between them by overflow. i.e 3A channels and 2 output orïzïce at least partially covered with water cover 4 which is provided with 4H bosses penetrating at least partially in said channels 3 ~ to form each laws at least one water guard 5 preventing the passage to air at the inlet at the siphon 3, 4 towards the outlet 2 at the outlet bac. This realization is more particularly represented b in figure c. In this example, the contiguous channels 3c ~ are concentric with the drain port 2. ûn thus obtains a âispositiî preventing impediment âe bad feelings small footprint since all the elements constitutive extends substantially to the same pian horizontai. Gn thus notes that the emptying device preventing the rise of odors presents a pian horizontal radial sectioning at the drain port 2.
On the other hand, so as to increase the speed 1G waste water evacuation opening at the inlet of the siphon has a surface greater than that of the opening outlet of the siphon and starting from the inlet surface of the Normaïisê evacuation duct, not shown, intended for be connected.
In a seconâ moâe âe represented achievement in Figures 5 and b, ïe siphon 3, ~ is constituted again a base 3 and a cover 4 but base 3 affects ia shape of a bowl adjoining the orifice Z at the water outlet located at a level above the bottom of the bowl. The 2G bowl and port 2 water outlet are surrounded and topped with a thinned i8 reborâ receiving interlocking watertight at the edges of the cover 4. C: e cover ~ comprises a evasion the duqueï arises a construct ï5 extending in the fitted state of the cover 4 inside the bowl ~ 5 to avoid with the latter an opening baffle and communicating by overflow with port 2 at outlet â'au à au bac.
The water thus penetrates through the recess ï-i of the covers 4 âans ïuvette before âe rise ïe ïong âes 3G walls at the bowl and evacuated through port 2 from the water outlet to the tank. The conformation of the bowl and cover provides a unique 5 ° water guard height can be at least 50 mm. The evasion ï7 in this case constitutes the inlet of the siphon 3, g tanàis that 35 ifice port 2 with continuous water outlet.
In the examples shown in Figures 1 to tî, at least one of the pieces with siphon 3, 4, in this case ia base 3 as can be seen in the figure, and port 2 are formed in one piece with the bottom of the bac. It is quite obvious that he could, in a way anaïogue, be reported, in the bottom of the tank, a base 3 formed of a single piece with drain port 2. Dn downstream of the water outlet port 2, it is generally provided with a swivel or orientable connector 6 to allow connection of the outlet port 2 to the water in the tank standard waste water drainage pipe, not iû represented.
In a preferred embodiment of ï'invention, at least part of the siphon is masked by a floor panel 9 removably attached on the bottom of the tank, the water flowing at the periphery of the ï5 panel ~ towards siphon 3, 4. ~ e panel ~ removable may constitute an element of decoration of the whole and can be chosen according to the tastes of the user. ~ e panel ~ forming a floor can also cover at least an additional opening for access to the pipe 2û âe connection of wastewater to the connected state of the orifice at the outlet to the tank with said pipe. This additional opening is provided in the bottom of the installation. Indeed, the sanitary facilities are generally made up of a monobloc tank with 25 ie the bottom defines a solid surface. 3i results from problems when placing such a tank and connecting it to a waste water coïïect line arranged on standby and integrated into construction. thanks to the presence of a additional opening, it is possible to connect, 3û by access through the opening ï additional, ï'orifïce outlet 2 to the tank with the waste water evacuation pipe.
This connection can be made in the installed state of the tank.
In the examples shown, the edges 8 to the additional opening are of 35 preferably designed to form with side walls from the tank a gutter ïû bringing water to the entrance âe ia zone 3, 4 âe retained, ïe panel ~ removable forming floor ti draining water from the tray into the gutter.
The additional opening -i is therefore closed watertight manner by means of a panel forming a floor so that the water projected on the surface of the panel is drained by the latter and brought into the gutter up to siphon 3, 4. Tight closing of the opening -ii additional is obtained by means of an i3 seal fitted ïe below the panel 9 or formed in a groove ï4 auu bin i. throw design to the containment area It again participates in the increase in flow to the assembly.
~ ar elsewhere, the edges of the additional opening can be extended towards the outside of the tank to form an additional base for the reinforcing tank ïa soïiditë ï'embembïe.
ï5 In a particular embodiment, ïe removable panel 9 forming the floor can be cut to one parts 3, 4 of the siphon, in particular at cover 4 to allow, upon removal, access to the rest of the siphon, especially at base 3. This example 2û can be understood from figure 1 in the case of the cover 4 and the panel forming a handle are assembled by means of a permanent link so that that when we remove the floor ~, we have direct access to 3H channels constituting the base 3. It thus becomes 5 possibïe to ee easily clean the whole of the instaiïation.
It is also possible to position it simply at cover ïe cover 4 ia surface âe ia base 3 then position on the cover 4 the removable panel 9, this panel 9 forming a floor which can also be used for 3û maintain the cover ~ pressed against the base 3. It could also have been imagined in another mode of realization not shown ïa suppression of the opening 7 additional, the bottom of the tank being in this case a bottom full. The cover 4 has the restrained area present in this 35 cases one face from the top, sensitively pagan coming in outcrop of at least part on the face forming a dark of the tank to form a substantially pane bottom face, ï'aïimentation âe ïa zone between ia base 3 and ïe cover 4 again effected by water introuction either at the periphery to the cover and at base 3, or by ï'ëviâement ï-i household âans ïe couvercïe 4.
It can also be noted that the surface â'ground support âu tray i has, in the vicinity of the orifice of viâange, a notch î2 to again facilitate, to through the additional opening, access to the area connection of orifice 2 to port or to the connector lû turn 6.
