Abstract

L'invention concerne un système catalyseur à plusieurs couches permettant d'optimiser et d'adapter efficacement l'hydroconversion d'un courant d'hydrocarbures en vue d'augmenter les rendements dans un processus de fabrication d'une huile lubrifiante de base. L'invention concerne en particulier la découverte surprenante qu'une couche d'un premier catalyseur peut être placée en contact et au-dessus de la couche d'iso-déparaffinage d'un catalyseur pour obtenir des rendements plus élevés, augmenter la durée de vie du catalyseur et éviter une réduction de l'indice de viscosité.
