Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of a screw cap having a skirt portion, a lower short cylindrical portion, a top portion, and a smooth curved shoulder portion between the top and skirt portions; the skirt portion has a smooth generally cylindrical outer surface having a series of equally spaced-apart axially extending generally identical curved protuberances which extend the height of the skirt portion; the protuberances have parallel side edges which narrow through curved side edges along the shoulder portion to points adjacent the top portion of the screw cap so as to form a series of curved triangular areas along the shoulder portion in plan view; the short cylindrical portion is spaced slightly apart from and is axially aligned with the skirt portion; a series of spaced-apart small tab portions extend between adjacent edges of the skirt portion and the short cylindrical portion; the outer surface of the top portion is generally flat and has a raised central circular protuberance; the inner surface of the top portion has a central symmetrical star-like raised configuration thereon, the star-like configuration having beveled edges; the inner surface of the short cylindrical portion has a series of spaced-apart generally identical raised areas having opposed pointed ends.
