Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of the bottle as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the bottle are a continuous narrow raised area with a flat outer surface which encircles the bottle and which presents an oval-like shape in elevation view; the lower end of the bottle presents a pair of stepped raised annular areas each with a beveled upper edge; the bottom surface of the bottle presents a series of almost contiguous identical bow-like areas around most of the lower surface thereof which are interrupted by a generally rectangular in bottom view recessed area in the lower bottom surface; the bottle also presents a neck portion which widens slightly near the middle thereof and which is slightly pinched inwards where the neck portion merges into the main section of the bottle.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a front elevation view of the design of the bottle;Fig. 1.2 is a perspective view from above of the bottle;Fig. 1.3 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is an enlarged bottom view thereof; andFig. 1.5 is an enlarged top plan view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
