Abstract
METODOS DE RE-LOCAçAO DE OBJETO DE INTERESSE EM AMOSTRA EM LAMINA COM DISPOSITIVO DE IMAGEM DE MICROSCóPIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de re-locação de um objeto em uma amostra, para uma lâmina previamente escaneada tendo determinados objetos cada um com coordenadas armazenadas correspondentes e uma imagem armazenada, os objetos sendo mapeados um em relação ao outro. A lâmina é posicionada em um estágio de microscópio, imagens armazenadas dos objetos são visualmente exibidas, e um objeto alvo é selecionado. A lâmina é movida para uma posição de coordenada estimada, correspondendo às coordenadas do objeto alvo, e uma imagem de campo de visão da amostra é capturada para comparação à imagem armazenada do alvo. Se o alvo está na imagem, um afastamento entre as coordenadas atuais do alvo localizado e as coordenadas armazenadas do objeto correspondente é determinado. A lâmina é, em seguida, movida, via o estágio, a partir da posição de coordenada estimada, de acordo com o afastamento, para centralizar o alvo na imagem. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a sistemas e métodos associados.
