Abstract
MéTODOS DE GERAçãO DE UM VERTEBRADO NãO HUMANO TRANSGêNICO, E DE UMA CéLULA DE VERTEBRADO RECOMBINANTE, CéLULA DE VERTEBRADO EM CULTURA, E, áCIDO NUCLEICO. A presente invenção refere-se a células de vertebrado transgênicas, incluindo mamíferos, cujos genomas compreendem um ou mais elementos do sistema transposon da família piggyBac. Os vertebrados não humanos transgênicos, incluindo mamíferos não humanos transgénicos, cujos genomas compreendem um ou mais elementos do sistema transposon da família piggyBac, são também providos. Os métodos de fazer e usar as células e animais da invenção, incluindo aplicações nos campos médico, veterinário e agrícola, são adicionalmente providos. A presente invenção também refere-se a kits utilizáveis para praticar estes métodos.
