Abstract

"METODO PARA PRODUZIR UM ELEMENTO DE PERFURAR". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um elemento de lancetamento no qual um membro formado plano (12) é formado de um material plano (22) pela aplicação de uma máscara (24) e permitindo que um agente de gravação atue sobre este em que pelo menos uma parte do membro formado plano (12) é formada como uma ponta (16, 16'). De acordo com a invenção é proposto que a máscara (24) seja provida com uma área de formação (30) para a ponta a ser formada (16, 16') e com uma área de proteção (32) que estende-se para mais distante além desta área de formação para impedir que a ponta seja gravada na frente (16, 16') e que uma ponta afiada (16, 16') seja exposta rebaixando lateralmente os flancos laterais (34, 36) da área de formação e da área de proteção (32).
