Abstract

Proteína adesiva, polinucleotídeos,vetor, transformante,adesivo e agente de revestimento e métodos de produção e purificação da proteína adesiva e de ajuste da força de adesão do adesivo A presente invenção relaciona-se com um bioadesivo derivado do mexilhão. Em particular, relaciona-se com um tipo inovativo 5 (MGFP-5) de proteína do pé de Mytilus galloprovincialis e uma proteína recombinante que é um híbrido de MGFP-5 e o tipo 1 de proteína do pé (FP-1), em que pode ser economicamente produzida em massa uma proteína adesiva com atividade adesiva para ser usada em lugar de adesivos químicos através da presente invenção.
