Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL CONSUMìVEL DE SOLDAGEM DE FERRO-LIGA QUE CONTéM CARBONETO, MATERIAL RESULTANTE E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM DEPóSITO POR SOLDAGEM DE RECOBRIMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE E DEPóSITO RESULTANTE Expõe-se um método para produzir um material consumível de soldagem de ferro-liga que contém carboneto e um método para produzir um depósito por soldagem de recobrimento de superfície em um substrato adequado que utiliza o material consumível. O método para produzir o material consumível compreende as etapas de preparar uma fornada homogênea que tem uma concentração requerida de elementos chave, tais como carbono, cromo e manganês, para o material consumível e formar um material consumível a partir da fornada.
