Abstract

COMBINAçãO DE REAGENTES E MéTODO PARA MEDIçãO DIRETA EM TIRA DE TESTE DO COLESTEROL DE LIPOPROTEìNAS DE BAIXA DENSIDADE à TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. A presente invenção refere-se ao colesterol de Lipoproteínas de Baixa Densidade (LDL-C), que é medido diretamente com uma tira de teste à temperatura ambiente usando-se um reagente que se vale da densidade de carga superficial variável em LDLs e não-LDLs para seletivamente tornar LDLC disponível para teste.
