Abstract
"TONER PRETO DE AGREGAçãO DE EMULSãO E REVELADOR COM QUALIDADE SUPERIOR DE IMAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a um toner preto com partículas de toner incluindo pelo menos um aglutinante, pelo menos um corante preto e um pacote de aditivos externos, em que pelo menos um aglutinante inclui um aglutinante de acrilato de estireno e em que os aditivos externos incluem cada uma de uma primeira sílica tendo um tamanho médio de partícula de cerca de 35 a cerca de 45 nm, uma segunda sílica contendo um tamanho médio de partícula de cerca de 135 a cerca de 160 nm e um titânio tendo um tamanho médio de partícula de cerca de 35 a cerca de 45 nm. Também descrito encontra-se um revelador que inclui um toner negro e partículas condutoras compreendendo um núcleo de ferrita revestido com um revestimento compreendendo um polímero de metacrilato e copolímero flúor, negro-de-carbono e microesferas de melamina. O toner negro e o revelador são, preferivelmente, usados em um sistema de relevação de escova magnética semicondutora.
