Abstract
DISPOSITIVO IMPLANTáVEL PARA INJETAR E/OU EXTRAIR O LìQUIDO DENTRO DE UM óRGãO, DE UM VASO DO CORPO DE UM PACIENTE HUMANO OU ANIMAL OU DENTRO DE UM COMPARTIMENTO INFLáVEL E/OU DESINFLáVEL DE UM IMPLANTE CIRúRGICO. A invenção relaciona-se a um dispositivo implantável (1) para injeção e/ou extração de um líquido em um órgão ou em um vaso do como de um paciente humano ou animal ou em um compartimento inflável e/ou desinflável de um implante cirúrgico, o dito dispositivo (1) compreendendo de uma estrutura (2) dentro da qual é formada uma câmara (2A) designada para ser conectado a um cateter, o dito cateter, sendo conectado ao órgão ou ao vaso ou ao compartimento. A carcaça (2) compreende uma parede proximal (4) e uma parede distal (5) com uma parede lateral (6) estendendo-se entre elas, a dita estrutura (2) incluindo urna zona de punção (7) projetada para ser capaz de sendo perfurada por uma agulha (14) na ordem para injetar e/ou extrair o líquido na câmara (2A), o dispositivo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que a dita zona de punção (7) é formada de modo que se estenda simultaneamente pelo menos sobre a parede proximal (4) e a parede lateral. A invenção relaciona-se também aos sítios implantados para injeção e extração de líquidos.
