Abstract

DISPOSITIVO MISTURADO DE FLUIDOS A presente invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo misturador de fluidos.Trata-se de um aparelho hidráulico ou pneumático de acordo com o fluído utilizado para transporte. é estático e tem características simultâneas de exaustor e misturador de fluidos. A exaustão é feita por arrastamento dos elementos de sucção, através da circulação de um fluído de transporte, injetado a baixa pressão. As entradas de injeção (5 ou 6) e sucção (6 ou 5) são permutáveis e conduzem a uma única saída (3). O bico de pressão (1) formado por uma espiral helicoidal no seu exterior envolto pela camisa (4) aumenta a pressão no fluido de transporte e cria movimento helicoidal no sentido da saída com força centrífuga a todo o fluido que circula pelo seu exterior. O descompressor (2) descomprime o fluido de transporte, faz a junção dos fluidos provenientes das duas entradas de admissão (5) e (6) e é a zona onde se faz o arrastamento que dá origem à sucção, quando esta provém da entrada (6), que é facilitada pela sua forma cónica. O condutor helicoidal (3) transforma o movimento helicoidal do fluido de transporte com força centrífuga proveniente do exterior do bico de pressão (1) através da entrada (6) em movimento retilíneo com força centrípeta comprimindo no seu interior o fluido de sucção proveniente da entrada (5), provocando o arrastamento deste fluído. A conjugação das forças e movimentos que o exaustor provoca nos fluidos de injeção e sucção dá origem a um grande caudal de sucção e a uma mistura eficiente do dois fluidos com forte agitação, o que facilita as reações químicas entre os fluidos. Estes atributos tornam o exaustor eficiente nos domínios da recuperação e tratamento do ar e da água, com destaque para a exaustão e neutralização do ar poluído e para o arejamento da água e efluentes e neste caso, evitando-se qualquer impacto ambiental.
