Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA CONTROLE E REGULAGEM DE UM FREIO DE TRANSMISSãO EM UMA TRANSMISSãO AUTOMáTICA DE VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para controle e regulagem de um freio de transmissão em uma transmissão automática intermediária, em que o freio da transmissão freia de tal maneira um eixo de entrada da transmissão ou eixo intermediário durante uma operação de câmbio para marcha superior que o número de rotações (1) desse eixo no momento do acoplamento corresponde ao número de rotações de sincronia pré-dado pelo número de rotações de saída da transmissão e pela transmissão da marcha alvo ou se aproxima do mesmo até uma distância predeterminada. Para tanto, o momento de desconexão do freio de transmissão é calculado com auxílio do gradiente de frenagem do número de rotações de entrada da transmissão ou do eixo intermediário, bem como do gradiente do número de rotações do eixo de saída da transmissão. Para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade de câmbio está ademais previsto que o freio de transmissão seja desconectado, sob consideração de um tempo de ação derivada, antes do momento de desconexão calculado.
