Abstract
"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS EM FASE GASOSA". O presente invento descreve um processo contínuo para a polimerização de olefinas num, reator de leito fluidizado, dito processo compreendendo passar continuamente uma corrente gasosa compreendendo um ou mais monómeros <244>-olefínicos através do leito fluidizado na presença de um catalisador de polimerização sob condições reativas, retirar o produto polimérico e os fluidos não reagidos do reator, resfriar parte de ditos fluidos não reagidos abaixo do ponto de orvalho para formar uma mistura de duas fases de gás e líquido condensado e reintroduzir dita mistura de duas fases no reator, o processo consistindo no fato que dita mistura de duas fases é reintroduzida sob a placa de distribuição do reator de modo que uma parte de líquido condensado seja separada do gás e seja sucessivamente alimentada acima do leito fluidizado através de um tubo externo que conecta o fundo do reator a um ponto situado acima do limite superior do leito fluidizado de partículas poliméricas.
