Abstract
"ASA, ESPECIALMENTE ASA DE SUSTENTAçãO DE UM AVIãO, COM PERFIL VARIáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma asa, especialmente asa de sustentação de um avião, com perfil variável, que se estende em direção de profundidade de asa (5) correndo essencialmente na direção de corrente e transversalmente a isso em direção de amplitude (10) e apresenta um primeiro entabuamento (55a) e um segundo entabuamento (55b) contraposto àquele e apresenta, relativamente à direção de profundidade de asa (5), uma região de aresta dianteira (11) e uma região de aresta traseira (12) bem como, com relação à direção de amplitude (10), na extremidade da asa (1), uma região de ponta de asa (14). De acordo com a invenção, está prevista uma região (15) flexível, disposta próxima à extremidade da asa, pela qual o perfil da região de ponta de asa (14) é ajustável em uma direção, que contém tanto uma componente na direção de profundidade de asa (5) como também uma componente na direção de amplitude (10).
