Abstract

"BOCAL DE VENTOINHA TENDO UM ASPIRADOR INTEGRADO PARA USO EM CONJUNTO COM UM PRé-LIMPADOR". é provido um bocal de ventoinha possuindo seções superior e inferior. As seções são projetadas para se encaixar de forma coincidente uma com a outra em flanges de acoplamento, de modo a formar uma passagem de ar entre uma ventoinha e um módulo de refrigeração do veículo. A seção superior do bocal inclui um portal de aspirador em uma superfície superior desta. é provido um aspirador possuindo uma tomada de entrada de ar e uma tomada de saída de ar. O aspirador é suportado na seção inferior do bocal, próximo à ventoinha, com a tomada de saída de ar voltada para a ventoinha. Uma unidade de pré-limpador de ar de tomada de entrada do motor possuindo uma tomada de ar de entrada, uma porta de aspirador e um exaustor de ar é montado no bocal, alinhando abas de montagem no pré-limpador, com protuberâncias de montagem no bocal, de tal modo que a porta do aspirador é disposta em proximidade ao portal do aspirador na seção superior do bocal. Uma extremidade de uma mangueira do aspirador é conectada à porta do aspirador do pré-limpador e passa através do portal do aspirador. A outra extremidade da mangueira do aspirador é conectada à tomada de entrada de ar do aspirador. A mangueira do aspirador passa geralmente através do meio do bocal a partir da seção superior até a seção inferior. O vácuo necessário para aspiração adequada do pré-limpador é obtido pelo movimento do ar, induzido pela ventoinha, entre a tomada de entrada de ar do pré-limpador e o aspirador, via porta do aspirador e mangueira do aspirador. Não são requeridas mangueiras adicionais ou ajustes fora do bocal, para prover aspiração até o pré-limpador, de tal modo que é conservado um espaço considerável sob a capota do veículo.
