Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PRENDEDOR TIPO ALAVANCA-ARTICULADA COM AUTOCOMPENSAçãO PARA PRENDER PEçAS EM TRABALHO". O dispositivo prendedor de alavanca-articulada para prender peças em trabalho compreendendo um corpo em formato de caixa (10) que suporta um membro prendedor (11) móvel entre uma posição avançada de desengaste e uma posição retraída para travamento da peça em trabalho (P). O dispositivo também compreende um meio de controle (15) conectado operativamente ao membro prendedor (11) por meio de uma ligação (18) de conexão intermediária tipo alavanca-articulada, e um sistema (20, 23, 11B) quadrilateral articulado; a ligação (18) de conexão intermediária estando na forma de uma mola chata que cede axialmente compreendendo uma pluralidade (18<39>) de seções de mola que cedem elasticamente dispostas lado-a-lado, alinhadas de acordo com seus eixos longitudinais. O sistema (20, 23, 11B) quadrilateral articulado e a ligação (18) de conexão intermediária são construídos e dispostos de tal modo que mantém uma condição de travamento irreversível do membro prendedor (11) para travar peças (P) em trabalho, compensando as diferenças em espessura das peças (P) em trabalho.
