Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CAIXA DE BATERIA DE CHAPA LAMINADA A FRIO, TRANSFORMADA, BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE CAIXAS DE BATERIA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma caixa de bateria produzida de uma chapa laminada a frio e transformada, bem como a um processo para produção da caixa de bateria. No processo, fita laminada a frio é dotada em um banho galvânico, por exemplo, um banho de Watts, pelo menos em um lado, de um revestimento de Ni, Co, Fe, Sn, In, Pd, Bi ou ligas dos mesmos. Como outro componente, o banho galvânico contém partículas eletricamente condutoras, tal como carbono, fuligem, grafite, TiS~ 2~, TaS~ 2~, MoSi~ 2~. As mesmas são precipitadas na galvanização, juntamente com o Ni, Co, Fe, Sn, In, Pd, Bi ou as ligas dos mesmos, sobre a matéria-prima. O lado da chapa que apresenta, por exemplo, a camada galvânica contendo carbono, situa-se, preferivelmente, internamente, na transformação da mesma para uma caixa de bateria. Baterias com caixas de bateria produzidas desse modo apresentam um aumento menor da resistência interna, em relação a bateria conhecidas, também no armazenamento prolongado.
