Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROTOCOLO DE TRANSFORMAçãO DE SOJA DE EFICIêNCIA MELHORADA"<D>. Um protocolo de transformação é descrito para a transformação mediada por partículas de soja. Este protocolo é com base na liberação de gene meristema de desenvolvimento de um embrião de soja. Antes da transformação dos protocolos com base no gene do caule médio ("meristema") a liberação em soja não dependeu da seleção devido à dificuldades em empregar agentes de seleção em tecido diferenciado em soja. Constatamos que uma cultura pós-bombardeio com a seleção de glifosato pode dramaticamente aumentar a eficiência de um tal protocolo de transformação.
