Abstract

E) Secar, ensacar e armazenar.INVENTION PATENT "PRODUCTION OF ORGAN-PHOSPHATE COMPOUND THROUGH THE ACTIVITY OF THE BIOPROCESSOR" Refers to the present invention to the process of obtaining an organic phosphate fertilizer, through the action of a bioprocessor composed of oceanic algae, rizhobiuns, fungi, lichens and bacteria , isolated by us and that were adapted to act on the most different types of organic matter, (which serve as a culture medium for the development of microorganisms in the bioprocessor), promoting nitrogen fixation, accelerating the composting of the compost and solubilizing the phosphor. The steps of the process are: A) Identification of the organic matter to be used and preparation in the laboratory of the bioprocessor peat; B) Mixture of organic matter, phosphate rock and bioprocessor peat in the proportions of 33% organic matter to 77% natural rock with 24% P2O5; or 50% organic matter and 50% natural phosphate rock with 35% P2O5; and inoculated with the bioprocessor in the amount of 50 liters per ton of compost. This mixing is carried out in a primary mixer. C) Form rows where the compound's biofertilization will occur, through the action of the bioprocessor and controlled aerobic fermentation, for a period of 5 to 15 days. D) Enrichment of the compound with urea and potassium chloride - In the proportion of 6% urea and 10% potassium chloride and proceed to mix the product. E) Dry, bag and store.
