Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture. It can be used to increase the effective and potential soil fertility.
6). When high doses of mineral fertilizers are applied under conditions of intensive farming, the humus content in soils decreases (Mineev V.G. Remne E.Kh. Agrochemistry, biology and ecology of the soil, M. Gosagropromizdat, 1990, p.6).
(К.И. 169). The special value of straw as an organic fertilizer is its inherent high coefficient of humification, as a result of which about 180 kg of humus can be synthesized from 1 ton of straw, while only 50-60 kg of humus is formed from 1 ton of straw manure. (K.I. Dovban. Green fertilizers, M. Agropromizdat, 1990, p. 169).
(Dr.fabakbau, 1986, 66, 8:11). However, the decomposition of straw in the soil is inhibited due to the low content of the carbon source available to microorganisms. Therefore, preliminary composting of straw before applying it to the soil increases its fertilizer value (Dr.fabakbau, 1986, 66, 8:11).
We adopted as a prototype method of composting straw with manure (PCT application N 88/06148, MKI COF9 / 02) has the following disadvantages:
1. Manure contains an insufficient amount of carbon sources available for microorganisms, stimulating their vital activity, on which the process of decomposition of straw depends.
2. To use manure as a stimulating additive in composting straw, it is necessary to transport manure from the location of livestock buildings to the place of sowing of grain crops or to transport straw to manure storage facilities, which is associated with additional economic costs.
The aim of this invention is to develop a method of composting straw, devoid of these disadvantages.
This goal is achieved by the fact that when composting straw, it is added, as a stimulator of the ongoing microbiological processes, an easily hydrolyzed organic substance in the form of green mass of green manure crops in the amount of 80-120 kg (wet weight) per 1 ton of straw.
1:4 - 1: 5. Siderate is introduced into straw moistened with a solution of mineral salts - ammonium nitrate, superphosphate and potassium chloride, which are usually used as NRK fertilizer. The amount of moisture to the ratio to the mass of straw is 1: 4 - 1: 5.
Концентрация минеральных добавок на 100 кг соломы 2,8 кг аммиачной селитры (1 кг действующего вещества азота); 5,0 кг суперфосфата (1,09 кг P2O5); 4,0 кг хлористого калия (2,4 кг K2O).The concentration of mineral additives per 100 kg of straw 2.8 kg of ammonium nitrate (1 kg of the active substance of nitrogen); 5.0 kg superphosphate (1.09 kg P 2 O 5 ); 4.0 kg potassium chloride (2.4 kg K 2 O).
An example embodiment of the invention.
To compost the straw, enameled buckets of 10 liters were used. Belogorsky spring barley straw was crushed into segments of 3-5 cm, moistened with a solution of NPK in the above concentration and mixed with green mass of green manure. The green mass of various green manure crops could be used. It is proved that when they decompose in the soil, active reproduction of microorganisms is observed. So, the bacterial content in the soil (thousand / g of soil) was: without siderates 6400, with the addition of lupine 25000, colza 24600, oil radish 19800, clover 20300. Siderat was added in an amount of 0.2 0.3 dry weight, which corresponds to 80- 120 kg of wet weight per 1 ton of straw. Composting was carried out without stirring at room temperature 18-20 o C.
2. The results of using the proposed method for activating the process of composting straw are shown in tables 1 and 2.
The obtained results confirm that the enrichment of straw with plant material, which is easily hydrolyzed by microorganisms, significantly stimulates the reproduction of all the main physiological groups of microorganisms, as a result of the vital activity of which the mineralization of difficult-hydrolyzable components that make up the straw are activated.
4-6. Straw contains (%): lignin 18-22; cellulose 33-35; hemicelluloses 21-22; protein 3-5; mineral nitrogen 4-6.
Compared with straw, green manure is enriched with water-soluble and hydrolyzable fractions of carbon-containing substances used by microorganisms as sources of nutrition and energy (table 3).
The activation of microbiological processes in composts from straw during its enrichment to siderates lasts up to 7 months without compromising the quality of compost (table 4).
As Table 4 shows, when siderate is added to composted straw together with mineral additives, the goal is achieved, the mineralization of straw is accelerated, i.e. the composting period is reduced, while the ratio of carbon to nitrogen in it (C: N) is optimized, and the easily hydrolyzed addition to straw increases the composting value of biologically active fertilizer.
5). This is confirmed by checking the effect of compost on the growth of oat and barley plants under precisely controlled conditions (humidity, lighting, temperature) (Table 5).
To implement the proposed method does not require expensive equipment, materials, reagents. The method is environmentally friendly.
