Abstract
<B>''Feixe de molas de material composto e método de fabricação relativo'', em particular para suspensão automotivas, onde um núcleo central (2), por exemplo de espessura variável, feito de materiais polimérico pré-determinados características mecânicas e sem fibras de reforoço, é coberto em duas superfícies de trabalho (3, 4) opostas com repectivas lâminas (17, 18), por exemplo de espessuras constante, feita de metariais compostos. O núcleo central (2) tem um eixo longitudinal (10) substancialmente coincidente com um eixo neutro do feixe de molas (1); e um pré-determinado número de aberturas transnversais (20, 21, 22), pela qual se fixa o feixede molas (1) aos respectivos membros mecânicos, sendo formado através de um corpo central (2), no eixo longitudial (10 sem afetar as lâminas (17, 18) de material composto.
