Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de cuerpos flotantes (11), tales como el casco de un barco o parte de dicho casco, caracterizado por el hecho de que comporta la combinación de etapas que prevén: - realizar un primer mandril en forma de esbozo (1), que presenta sensiblemente la forma externa del cuerpo flotante a realizar (11); - montar dicho primer mandril en un aparato de bobinar, y eventualmente someterlo a un tratamiento de afinado de su forma exterior; - recubrir el primer mandril (1), por lo menos en parte, mediante el bobinado o enrollado de hilos de fibras impregnadas de resina, a fin de obtener un molde exterior o contramolde (7) cuya superficie interna sufrirá un tratamiento, como el recubrimiento con un agente de desmoldeo y/o una capa de acabado que constituya la superficie externa del cuerpo flotante a fabricar; - una vez solidificado, cortar el contramolde (7) en por lo menos dos partes desmoldeables,por ejemplo siguiendo un plano longitudinal de simetría; - realizar un segundo mandril en forma de esbozo (8), que presente sensiblemente la forma interna del cuerpo flotante a fabricar (11); - montar el segundo mandril (8) en un aparato de bobinar, y eventualmente someterlo a un tratamiento de afinado de su forma externa; - recubrir el segundo mandril (8), por lo menos en parte, mediante el bobinado o enrollado de hilos de fibras impregnadas o sin impregnar de resina, a fin de obtener un cuerpo bobinado que será el cuerpo flotante (11); - someter a presión los materiales del cuerpo flotante entre el segundo mandril (8) y el contramolde (7); - una vez solidificados los materiales del cuerpo flotante (11), tal como por polimerización, retirar el contramolde (7) y/o someter a un tratamiento de afinado el cuerpo flotante (11), cortar por lo menos una reserva en este último, por ejemplo para el paso o montaje de equipos tales como palos, quilla,tambucho o similares y/o para la evacuación de por lo menos parte del mandril (8)).
