Abstract

"PORTA-FERRAMENTA E FRESA DE TOPO COM âNGULO DE AVANçO AJUSTáVEL". Um porta-ferramenta com ângulo de avanço ajustável é descrito para seletivamente cortar uma peça de trabalho em ângulos de 30°, 45°, ou 60°. O porta-ferramenta pode ter um corpo de fresa de topo cilíndrico (5) que inclui uma parede radialmente orientada (9) ou uma haste quadrada, estacionária, tendo uma parede plana em sua extremidade distal. O porta-ferramenta adicionalmente inclui um inserto de corte (18) tendo pelo menos uma aresta de corte linear (19), e um conjunto de montagem (11) para pivotadamente montar o inserto (18) na parede (9) do corpo de fresa de topo (5) tal que um ângulo de avanço da aresta de corte linear (19) seja ajustável com relação à periferia externa do corpo de porta-ferramenta.
