Abstract

Un dispositivo de resorte a gas compacto, con un ensamble de obturacion y cojinete recibido dentro de una funda del dispositivo del resorte a gas,adyacente a una varilla recibida de manera deslizable a través del ensamble para una recirculacionaxial. El ensamble tiene un anillo de retencion anularrecibido dentro de la funda, un cojinete anular que tiene un diámetro interno directo a través del cual la varilla de manera recircula conducida por elanillo de retencion en direccion descendente del cojinete, y un miembro de obturacion recibido dentro del anillo de retencion, adyacente al dispositivo deretencion y engrane firme con la varilla y con el anillo de retencion para proporcionar una obturacion hermética al gas, entre la varilla y el anillo deretencion, para evitar el escape de gas del dispositivo del resorte a gas. El dispositivo de retencion tiene un reborde de punta de encastre, que seextiende a partir de allí y el anillo de obturacion tiene una forma de receso complementaria moldeada o ajustada a presion sobre el reborde para adjuntar elanillo de obturacion al dispositivo de retencion. El dispositivo de retencion es con preferencia, sujetado de manera firme al anillo de retencion por mediode hacer fluctuar su borde superior por sobre el dispositivo de retencion. Para evitar que entren contaminantes en el dispositivo de resorte a gas y que danenel ensamble de obturacion y cojinete, se proporciona un dispositivo de barrido de direccion descendente del miembro de obturacion y adherido al dispositivo deretencion.
