Abstract

sistema e método para aperfeiçoamento do processo de moagem úmida e moagem a seco do milho. um novo processo de moagem a seco para a produção de amido puro, que pode ser utilizado como matéria-prima para processos de biotecnologia. a matéria-prima de milho é enviada por meio de um dispositivo de redução de tamanho de partícula, tal como um moinho de martelo, para produzir farinha de milho. a farinha de milho é peneirada em uma parte de partículas pequenas (que contém principalmente amido livre proveniente do endosperma farináceo) e uma parte de partículas maiores (que compreende principalmente o endosperma vítreo, o pericarpo do germe e a tampa da ponta). a parte de partículas pequenas é enviada para um processo de liquefação e sacarificação para produzir xarope de milho com alto teor de be. uma fase de lama (mistura de óleo, germe e qualquer sólido leve) é centrifugada. a fase leve é enviada para filtragem de tambor de pré-revestimento para produzir xarope de milho limpo. além disso, é revelado um processo de moagem úmida para produzir amido e álcool. uma peneira de pás de três seções pode ser utilizada para separar o amido a partir do granulado e da fibra.
