Abstract

VARIANTES DE ENZIMA DE EXAUSTÃO DE METILTIOADENOSINA/ADENOSINA HUMANA MELHORADA PARA TERAPIA DO CÂNCER. A presente invenção refere-se a composições relacionadas a polipeptídeos conjugados com atividade enzimática de degradação de MTA/ADO. Os polipeptídeos conjugados são projetados para permitir a conjugação máxima, mantendo as atividades catalíticas. Também são divulgados ácidos nucleicos, vetores de expressão e células hospedeiras relacionadas aos polipeptídeos conjugados. São ainda divulgados métodos de utilização das formulações farmacêuticas que compreendem acima para tratar o câncer.
