Abstract
a invenção diz respeito a um método para fabricar um dispositivo de amortecimento (1), nomeadamente para um tirante, dito dispositivo compreendendo um eixo (20) se estendendo ao longo de um eixo principal (xx') e que se destina a ser conectado a uma primeira peça mecânica (4), uma bucha de fixação (22) que circunda dito eixo (20) e que se destina a ser conectada a uma segunda peça mecânica (2b) e uma bainha (23) feita de material elastomérico que é disposta entre o eixo e a bucha de fixação de modo a permitir, através de deformação elástica, pelo menos o movimento axial da bucha de fixação em relação ao eixo, método no qual a bucha de fixação (22) é deslocada axialmente em relação ao eixo (20) para forçar a deformação elástica da bainha (23) e a introdução de uma pré-carga correspondente e, em seguida, a bainha (23) é travada de modo a mantê-la, quando o dispositivo está em repouso, em um estado de deformação elástica axial e de pré-carga permanente.
