Abstract
trata-se de um sistema de construção que realiza pré-fabricação avançada de estrutura do tipo colunas ? vigas de edifícios, sendo que a pré-fabricação resulta na industrialização deste tipo de construção. o principal desenvolvimento que permite esta realização nas mesmas condições técnicas, até melhores condições que no sistema convencional, é o uso massivo de escoras, tanto vertical como horizontalmente.tal sistema de edificação é de interesse especial em áreas em que o risco sistêmico é alto devido ao edifício ser muito leve, constituído por um conjunto de unidades estruturalmente autossuficientes, pesadamente trianguladas e, portanto, dificilmente deformáveis, tudo isso por um preço acessível.
