Abstract
um sistema de cuidado ao paciente compreendendo um dispositivo médico (1) para administrar um tratamento médico em um paciente (15a) e um sistema servidor (6) configurado para receber e transmitir dados através de uma rede de comunicação (16) para, usuários incluindo pacientes (15a) e profissionais da saúde (15b), o sistema servidor ainda configurado para processar e armazenar dados relacionados ao cuidado ao paciente. o sistema servidor compreende um banco de dados (6c) para criptografar e armazenar dados criptografados relacionados ao cuidado ao paciente, um servidor de aplicativo (6b) incluindo componentes de software de cuidado ao paciente para gerenciamento de doença (36) e de informação do paciente (32), um servidor de comunicação (6a) incluindo um aplicativo de software de servidor da web para transferência de dados através da internet, os componentes de software de cuidado ao paciente operável para receber dados de utilização do dispositivo médico compreendendo dados na utilização do dito dispositivo médico transferidos através das redes de comunicação e ainda operável para processar os ditos dados de utilização do dispositivo médico em conjunto com os dados do paciente (32c) para gerar um relatório (32f) ou uma pluralidade de relatórios relacionada ao tratamento do paciente, acessíveis remotamente através das redes de comunicação por usuários registrados do sistema de cuidado ao paciente como uma função das respectivas funções e privilégios do usuário registrado armazenado no sistema servidor.
