Abstract
trata-se de um método de hidrotatamento para um produto de síntese de fischer-trosch de baixa temperatura da presente invenção que compreende as seguintes etapas de: (1) primeiramente, misturar uma cera de fischer-tropsch com um catalisador líquido que contém enxofre em uma certa proporção, então, colocar os mesmos em contato com gás de hidrogênio, então, primeiramente alimentar os mesmos em uma primeira região de reação de um catalisador de pré-tratamento de hidrogenação e, então, alimentar o efluente da primeira região de reação em uma segunda região de reação preenchida com um catalisador de hidrocraqueamento e realizar uma reação de hidrocraqueamento; (2) alimentar um produto do hidrocraqueamento da segunda região de reação, em conjunto com uma nafta e um óleo de diesel de fischer-tropsch, em uma terceira região de reação de modo a entrar em contato com um catalisador de hidrorrefinação, e realizar uma reação de hidrorrefinação; então, alimentar o efluente da reação de hidrorrefinação em uma quarta região de reação de modo a entrar em contato com um catalisador de redução do ponto de fluidez de hidroisomerização, e realizar uma reação de redução do ponto de fluidez de isomerização; e (3) alimentar o efluente da quarta região de reação em um sistema de separação gás-líquido c, em que um gás rico em hidrogênio é separado do mesmo e reciclado, e um produto líquido é alimentado em um sistema de fracionamento d e separado de modo a obter nafta, óleo diesel e um óleo residual, em que o óleo residual é circulado de volta à segunda região de reação. por meio da presente invenção, a densidade do óleo diesel sintetizado pode ser aumentada, o ponto de condensação pode ser diminuído, e os índices para um óleo diesel automotivo podem ser alcançados.
