a invenção refere-se a um componente de catalisador natta baseado em mgcl2 sólido (que foi preparado ao pré-tratar aduto de mgcl2*mroh com o composto do grupo de metal 13 e composto orgânico interno sendo éter bicíclico, e ainda tratado com composto de metal de transição de grupo 4 ou 6) para a produção de polímeros de olefina e preparação do referido componente de catalisador. além disso, a invenção refere-se a um catalisador ziegler natta que compreende o referido componente de catalisador sólido, composto de metal do grupo 13 como cocatalisador e, opcionalmente, aditivos externos. a invenção refere-se ainda à utilização do referido componente de catalisador na produção de polímeros de olefina, especialmente polímeros de etileno com as propriedades desejadas.
