Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO EM GRANDE ESCALA DE OXALATO DE 1-ISOPROPIL-3-{5-[1-(3-METOXIPROPIL)PIPERIDIN-4-IL]-[1,3,4]OXADIAZOL-2-IL}-1HINDAZOLE. A presente invenção se refere a um processo adequado para a adoção de fabricação em grande escala de oxalato de 1-isopropil-3-{5-[1-(3-metoxipropil) piperidin-4-ila]-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-2-il}-1H-indazole tendo a fórmula (I), o qual é um ligante seletivo de receptor 5-HT4 intencionado para o tratamento sintomático do Mal de Alzheimer e outras desordens da memória e da cognição como distúrbio de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade, mal de Parkinson e esquizofrenia.
