Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO E USO DE NANOCELULOSE E SEUS PRECURSORES. O objetivo do método de acordo com a presente invenção é proporcionar um procedimento para a produção de nanocelulose, onde o consumo de energia e outros custos de produção são mais baixos do que em métodos apresentados anteriormente. Ele baseia-se na separação de partículas minúsculas de ingredientes de celulose ou à base de plantas por ação da luz, de energia térmica ou solventes orgânicos solúveis em água. Estas partículas funcionam como precursores de nanocelulose. Após a separação estas formam aerossol em estado seco, em meio líquido de uma suspensão, e combinam as cadeias de microfibrilas e fibrilas formadas em secundariamente, que formam redes umas com as outras ou com outras fibras e fibrilas. Aplicações das mesmas são baseadas em sua ação como estrutura de reforço em compósitos de papel ou papelão, tintas e outros materiais, para a formação de filmes de camada fina para aplicações elétricas, eletrônicas e médicas, ou em propriedades de viscosidade, de superfície e de permeabilidade.
