Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO DE FERMENTAÇÃO E UM MICRO-ORGANISMO E MICRO-ORGANISMO RECOMBINANTE. A invenção fornece métodos para aumentar a produção de produtos de fermentação através do aumento do fluxo através de uma via de fermentação pela otimização de reações enzimáticas. Em particular, a invenção se refere a identificação de enzimas e/ou fatores envolvidos em congestionamentos metabólicos em vias de fermentação e a fermentação de um substrato que compreende CO com um micro-organismo Clostridia carboxitrófico recombinante adaptada para exibir atividade aumentada das uma ou mais das ditas enzimas ou disponibilidade aumentada dos um ou mais dos ditos cofatores em comparação a um micro-organismo parental.
