Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA BARRA ELEVADORA, UMA BARRA ELEVADORA REFORMADA E UM MOLDE A invenção se refere a um método para fabricação de uma barra elevadora (1a, 1c) para uso em um moinho de trituração (2), a uma barra elevadora reformada (1b) e a um molde (3) para produção da barra elevadora reformada (1c). A barra elevadora (1a, 1c) tem uma forma predeterminada e compreende um membro de base. O método compreende as etapas de fornecer um molde (3) que tem um espaço interior (4a) que se conforma pelo menos parcialmente à forma predeterminada; unir o molde (3) e o membro de base para formar uma cavidade (4b) definida pelo membro de base e pelo espaço interior (4a); e preencher a cavidade (4b) com polímero e permitir que o polímero se fixe ao membro de base para construir uma barra elevadora (1a) que tem a forma predeterminada.
