resumo patente de invenção: "eixo de manivela forjado e método de produção do mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um eixo de manivela forjado (1) que compreende um aço-carbono que contém s, e tem uma razão (x/y) de uma razão de área de sulfeto (x) em uma posição (x) que corresponde ao plano de separação de uma matriz de forjamento de acabamento para a razão de área de sulfeto (y) em uma posição (y) que corresponde à base do corte esculpido em matriz da matriz de forjamento de acabamento de 1,5 ou menos, em um corte que corresponde à superfície após processamento mecânico circunferencial externo de partes de eixo que incluem uma parte de mancal (j), uma parte de pino (p), uma parte frontal (fr), e uma parte de flange (fl), em que esse eixo de manivela forjado (1) tem a capacidade de prevenir a ocorrência de rachadura de superfície processada na parte de mancal (j) e na parte de pino (p) após o processamento mecânico circunferencial externo.
