Abstract

MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE 2,4-DIHIDROXIBUTIRATO, MICRORGANISMO MODIFICADO, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE 2,4-DHB E USO A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de ácido 2,4-dihidroxibutírico a partir de homoserina, que compreende uma primeira etapa de conversão do grupo amino primário de homoserina para um grupo carbonila para obter 2-oxo-4-hidroxibutirato, e uma segunda etapa de redução do 2-oxo-4-hidroxibutirato (OHB) para 2,4-dihidroxibutirato.
