Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "metódo para produzir composto de politiol, composição polimerizável para material ótico e usos dos mesmos". a presente invenção proporciona um método para a produção de um composto de politiol, compreendendo: uma etapa para reagir um composto de poliálcool representado pela seguinte fórmula (4) com tioureia na presença de cloreto de hidrogênio para se obter um sal de isotiurônio; uma etapa para adicionar, mantendo ao mesmo tempo uma solução de reação que contém o sal de isotiurônio assim obtido a uma temperatura de 20 ºc a 60 ºc, amônia aquosa à solução de reação dentro de 80 minutos, assim, hidrolisando o sal de isotiurônio para se obter um composto de politiol contendo, como um componente principal, uma espécie ou dois ou mais tipos selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em compostos representados pelas seguintes fórmulas (6) a (8); e uma etapa para a adição de ácido clorídrico, que é uma concentração de 30% a 36% para a solução contendo o composto de politiol assim obtido, lavando a solução a uma temperatura de 30 ºc a 55 ºc para purificar o composto de politiol. 23494122v1
