resumo patente de invenção: "aparelho de injeção". a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de injeção (100), um cilindro de aceleração (2) e cilindro de impulso (3) para acionar um cilindro de injeção (1) conectado a um pistão de injeção que estão conectados em paralelo uns aos outros no que diz respeito ao cilindro de injeção (1). um pistão (2p) do cilindro de aceleração (2) e um pistão (3p) do cilindro de impulso (3) são acionados de maneira sincronizada por um motor (10), um fuso de esfera (11) e uma porca (12). uma válvula de retenção operada por piloto 4 e um circuito de ajuste da taxa de fluxo (5) são fornecidas entre uma câmara inferior (1b) do cilindro de injeção (1) e uma câmara inferior (2b) do cilindro aceleração (2). além disso, o circuito de ajuste da taxa de fluxo (7) é fornecido entre a câmara de haste (1r) do cilindro de injeção (1) e as câmaras de haste (2r e 3r) do cilindro de aceleração (2) e cilindro de impulso (3). o aparelho de injeção (100) utiliza a força propulsora do motor (10) para acionar o cilindro de injeção (1) a alta velocidade por meio tanto do cilindro de aceleração (2) quanto do cilindro de impulso (3) e para acionar o cilindro de injeção (1) a alta pressão por meio apenas do cilindro de impulso (3).
