Abstract

TALÃO DE PNEU PARA VEÍCULO PESADO UTILIZADO NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL. A presente invenção diz respeito à melhoria da resistência dos talões de um pneu radial para veículo pesado do tipo construção civil, diminuindo a fissuração iniciada sobre a face axialmente externa da área de inversão e se propagando através dos materiais poliméricos de revestimento e de preenchimento. De acordo com a invenção, um elemento de transição (28), constituído por de um material polimérico de transição, está em contato, através de sua face axialmente interna, com o material polimérico de revestimento da face axialmente externa da área de inversão (21b) e, através de sua face axialmente externa, com o material polimérico de preenchimento (26), e o módulo de elasticidade com 10% de alongamento do material polimérico de transição está entre os módulos de elasticidade com 10% de alongamento respectivos do material polimérico de revestimento e do material polimérico de preenchimento.
