Abstract

método para obtenção de enzima lacase a partir de arthrographis sp. esta invenção refere-se a um método de produção de enzimas lacase de uma nova cepa fúngica atrhrographis sp.mtcc5479 útil para várias aplicações, tais como a degradação de corante têxteis presentes no efluente ou branqueamento do corante índi incorporado no tecido denim e biorremediação, em geral, taís como degradação de alguns poluentes e xenobióticos. as aplicações da lacase também existem na indústria de panificação, cerveja e vinícola, síntese de prodtos químicos, fabricação do cátodo para células de combustível.
