composição de ácido polilático, artigo moldado de espuma da mesma e método para produzir a mesma o objetivo é economicamente fornecer um método e dispositivo para produzir uma composição de ácido poliático de alta viscosidade que é estável e adequada para moldagem de espuma em uma relação de expansão elevada , e um artigo moldado de espuma cm uma relação de expansão elevada que é formado da referida composição de ácido poliatico. o objetivo acima pode ser alcançado por um método para produzir um artigo moldado de espuma de ácido poliático caracterizado por envolver uma etapa para usar o dispositivo fornecido com uma máquina por injeção (b) ou uma máquina de moldagem por extrusão (g), uma parte de oríficio (s) e um molde de espumação (p) e mecanicamente moagem de uma composição de ácido poliático , em uma atmosfera de gás espumante , aplicando-se uma força de cisalhamento à composição de ácido poliático na parte de orifício (s). a composição de ácido poliático referida acima é obtida mecanicamente por moagem de ácido poliático ,que foi reticulado por poli-isocianato, aplicando-se uma força de cisalhamento a ele em uma atmosfera de gás inerte. o método referido acima é caracterizado pelo fato de que a composição de ácido poliático, que é obtida pela moagem como descrito acima, tem um mi de 0,05 a 5 inclusive , quando medido a 190<198>c sob uma carga de 21,6kg de acordo com jis k7210 (iso 1133) (figura 2).
