Abstract

método para substituição de catalisadores de polimerização de etileno incompatíveis. a presente invenção referese-a um método para otimizar o uso sequencial de pelo menos dois catalisadores de polimerização de etileno em um reator de circulação para polierização de etileno, compreendendo: transferir para um tanque de misturação um primeiro catalisador de polimerização de etileno e um primeiro diluente, obtendo assim uma primeira lama de catalisador, trasnferir a referida primeira lama de catalisador do referido tanque de misturação para um reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno a uma concentração adequada para polimerizar o etileno, aumentar a proporção do referido diluente para o referido primeiro catalisador de polimerização de etileno na referida primeira lama de catatalisador para o referido tanque de misturação, interromper o fornecimento da referida primeira lama de catalisador para o referido reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno, interromper o fornecimento de etileno para o referido reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno, remover a referida primeira lama de catalisaodr do referido reator de circulação para polimerização e etileno, esvaziar o referido tanque reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno, esvaziar o referido tanque reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno, esvaziar o referido tanque de misturação, opcionalmente lavar o referido tanque de misturação com diluente fresco, tranferir para o referido tanque de misturação com diluente fresco, transferir para o referido tanque de misturação um segundo catalisador de polimerização de etileno e um segundo diluente, obtendo assim uma segunda lama de catalisador, diminuir a proporção do referido segundo diluente para o referido segundo catalisador de polimerização de etileno no referido tanque de misturação para obter uma concentração do referido segundo catalisador de polimerização de etileno, restaurar o fornecimento de etileno para o referido reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno, reiniciar a polimerização de etileno no referido reator de circulação para polimerização de etileno.
