Abstract

É descrito um aço para uma mola lamelar com elevada resistência à fadiga contendo, em percentual de massa, c: 0,40 a 0,54%, si: 0,40 a 0,90%, mn: 0,40 a 1,20%, cr: 0,70 a 1,50 %, ti: 0,070 a 0,150%, b: 0,0005 a 0,0050%, n: 0,0100% ou menos, e um restante composto de fe e impurezas. Também é descrita uma peça de mola lamelar com alta resistência à fadiga obtida ao se formar o aço. O aço para uma mola lamelar é preparado de modo a ter um teor de ti e um teor de n que satisfaz uma relaçãode ti/n_>10. Preferivelmente, a peças de mola lamelar é sujeita a um tratamento de impacto de martelo na faixa de temperatura que vai da temperatura ambiente até 400ºc com uma tensão de flexão de 650 a 1900 mpa sendo aplicada à mesma.
